Paired with Arroz con Pollo, fresh cucumber & tomatoes and Italian Castelvetrano Olives for an excellent meal. Go for it, make this one of your favorite white wines.

Probably the best exemplar we’ve had of this grape. Light, but attractive nose. Great acidity, fantastic opening, like a great chess move. Powerful and attractive.
