Very much on the savory, herb ( sage?!) end of the spectrum for dry Lambrusco. Almost like Alpine Amaro in sparkling form, though that’s probably too extreme a way to put it.

Natural wine . Very interesting . Dark fruits , roses . Gd acidity. Savory and refreshing . This is good Lambrusco !

An earthy, savory, complex Lambrusco! I highly recommend it for those on the fence about Lambrusco — it’s a natural wine with some cherry flavors but it is not too fizzy or fruity.
