True to varietal, which is amazing in Napa, with a lighter medium body, savory, dry tannins and leather. Dried cherries and currants. Tobacco. 2012, but needs another 15, just like a good Nebbiolo should. Also, needs time to open up to reveal complexity.

Wow. Please decant. This was singing on day 2 and 3. Long life ahead. Black fruit, leather, savory and a long finish.

I was told that this was the best Foglet produced by Cimarossa. And I would say that this is definitely the case by this wine. This wine is full bodied and very youthful for Nebb. Black fruit, red fruit, lots of weight. Lots of spice on the finish. Have 2 more on order, and glad I do. This is an INSANE Nebb from Howell Mtn producer of primarily Cabernet.
