Crisp, clean, tight bubbles in this lovely Spumante, bone dry, medium-bodied, medium-long finish, very good!!

Fruity, quite dry, really a solid sparkler, nice acid, medium-long finish, perfect for this 110-degree day (yeah, it’s a “dry” heat)!!

Oct 20, 2017. Had at TTW tasting. Opened to celebrate Kilimanjaro summit w/ Bro and Doc J. This is so smooth! Light fruit. Methode champenoise from Piedmontese. Yum.

This was really interesting early on, but did seem to lose its character over the first hour. Still had good acidity and freshness. Quite good for 8 years old! Thanks to Jason and Vicki for this one!
