My wife and I really enjoy this wine and frequently serve it alongside our fresh homemade cheeses. It has a really balanced acidity that is truly refreshing and light on the palate. Does not overpower food and is quite versatile.

Very pleasant ripe citrus, with excellent structure, nice balance of acidity throughout finish

Light golden color with a subtle green hue. Aromas of tart green apple, pear, lemon zest and slate. The fruit forward palate features cooked pear, lemon, orange and sweet spices. Long, rich and intense on the slightly herbal finish with a crisp mineral note. Bristling acidity. Clean and bright with a silky smooth texture.

2010 Vintage. 12% Alcohol. Still plenty of acidity along with lemon zest. Not honeyed yet thankfully.

2010 Vintage. Lots of lemon, minerality and good acid just a hint of honey.
