Spice, spice, spice, licorice, clay, and red citrus in the nose with a dense feel to the weight it will bring. The palate is full bodied but not weighty, it's almost like you can chew this it's so good!

Brut nature pinot Meunier from 40 year old vines. Picked at optimum ripeness, but I wouldn't have minded a gram of Dosage. 2006 vintage.
