This was a nice, simple Pinot Noir to pair with our selections from this bouchon in Lyon. Candied cherries with a solid backbone to pair nicely with food. A nice short finish so as not to detract from the different yummy sausages.

Great wine for a great price. Deep garnet hue and nice legs for a pinot. A good french burgundy with nice blackberry amd cranberry. And a dirty minerality that I enjoyed very much. An excellent choice to pair with fresh salmon and lentils, a traditional french dish.
