From mag. The additional bottle age, interestingly, didn’t seem to make much of a difference. Still typically fresh, fruity, gulpable; sour cherry, pepper, and a yeasty almost lambic finish

Bramble fruit, grape and bubble gum, mint and herbs. Tart, simple.

Brettastic nose. Mean that as a compliment. Juicy, spicy peppery cool toned fruit, a little bit effervescent, would not have thought mostly Cab Sauv (Cab Franc maybe) but love a surprise and cool when terroir dominates varietal. Loads of fun

Quite the wine... never thought I’d run a cross a Cabernet Sauvignon and Zweigelt blend. Tart red fruit, packed full of fresh cracked black pepper, very tannic.

Gorgeous wine. Could drink gallons of this. Draws you in with a crazy nose of coconut ice cream, cardamom, petit grain, organe rind, dried red fruits, liquorice, pistachio, tea leaves, herbs and dark cherry. Just medium bodied in the palate yet bold in its flavour intensity all the while not lacking in tannin that helps keep things in check.

Red, Cabernet Franc. Not the CB Rose! Insanely well made, juicy yet substantial.
Magnificent juice!

Tasted orange/orange rind, a bit of red pepper, but also smooth on the finish! Had at Noma.

Woody, musty and spicy while still delicate on the nose. Noticeably tannic with cold weather spice flavors. A little rough, really dried out the mouth. Reminiscent of winter holidays! Low alcohol, 9%.

It’s Cabernet and zweigelt. Another masterpiece from Tschida

Quite a bit of brettasmic hoobastank on the nose to start, which settles down to spicy red fruit with time. Not surprisingly a bit tart, but a fun, fresh red fruited wine with a bit of air. 12% ABV, no sulfur added.
