Positively fizzy, funky, and light. Paired well with roast chicken but didn’t love it standalone — can see being ideal for hot weather though. Definitely interesting!

This might be one of my favorite wines ever. Drank for getting through a busy week. It’s in unbelievable how complex this light body wine can be. We drink this over a about three hours and the amount of complexity and change that this one expressed as it opened up is remarkable. The first notes on the nose were a bit tight blueberry lemon curd funky grass. Secondarily opened to notes unripe strawberry lemon zest. I’m finally the last taste or more earthy round and expressed fabulous terroir. I will be seeking this out as much as available.

Natural wine, frizzy pink- cranberry juice. 12% alcohol. Pink maceration of Pinot noir grapes, very acidic, refreshing, perfect with rich cheese. Not much fruit on the tongue but lots of cranberry or raspberry on the nose.

Gorgeous label. This wine is like a fall day...crisp and earthy. Has some cranberry/raspberry notes with a light fizz, but tart as hell.
