Nov 9th, 2017Today's wine school turned out to be a bit more interesting than expected. I'm not one for Sauvignon Blancs, but I go with the flow.
I have to echo our instructor's description that these are the "slutty summer wines". That's not a bad thing! We all like to have fun and at times it's best not to ask questions and dive in. I enjoyed this bottle. My wife loved it. Hints of green pepper and minerality that mad me nod "okay.... Sure."
