Jumilla Premium Monastrell Rosé
Jumilla, Murcia, Spain
Bright cantaloupe pink in color. Abundant nose of red and pink stone fruit (cherry, peach). Medium light body. Firm, juicy acidity leads into a mouthful of white peach, Royal Anne cherry, and melon with a slight citrus note at the end. Finish is medium short, but it’s still raining in my mouth! This is a wonderful rosé that’s a great sipper on its own and will compliment a wide range of summer foods! I’m having a Niçoise-ish salad with mine!

A wild smell of strawberry Quik.
Peach jolly rancher Bellini.
A crazy explosion of flavor here, certainly a perfect wine for the deco. Finished wet with heft, and that lemon head after bite.
I am liking this more and more..
Also, vino-lok enclosure (Glass cork), always a plus in my book, except when, like this winery, they wrap it in plastic. Almost a good environmental solution. Oh well!

100% Monastrell/Mourvedre, 12.5% ABV I believe this is my first Rosado from Spain.
Super fresh, slight gas bubble noticeable on initial pour
Chilled - stoney mineral, grapefruit pith, clean & refreshing
Room temp - light berry and citrus on the nose, not so much on the palette.
Love the brand and packaging (labels, cut labels, glass stopper...)
Good at $13
