This is a good red wine but a crappy Dolcetto. Very Parkerized. Massively ripe, a little chocolatey. Big, broad texture, with tons of soft tannin. Maybe a hint of almond in the low acid finish. I don’t know what I would have thought this was if it were served to me blind, but Dolcetto would have been at the bottom of the list.

DECANT, NOT OPTIONAL. Heavy sediment. Pleasant balanced tanins, dark.and dry purple fruits, leather.
