Incredible bouquet when decanting! Decanted for 2 hours. Deep ruby color. Big nose of spicy dark cherries! Dry upfront with a dusty middle. Then fades to plums. Medium dusty medium finish. Lush chocolate and leather on the finish.

Exceptional winemaking here. Not surprising from Chimney Rock, as they are putting out fantastic wines. Very glad they gave this South Hill its own bottle this vintage!
