This was unexpected. Super complex white Bordeaux and light on its feet. Not inexpensive but worth the $.

Vines planted in the 50’s. New generation taken over in 2006. 2,000 bottles a year. 300liter dagano cigar shaped barrels. Matures it more quickly due to surface area.

Green apple, lime, stone, dry mineral finish. Suspect it has considerable aging potential

At home with Lynn. Crab salad. Delicious.
