Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend

Popped and poured; consumed during the first half of the Nebraska-Wisconsin game. Red and dark fruits, forest floor and herbs. On the palate, cherries, earth. Nice finish. A more than decent claret but nothing exciting. Pales in comparison to the 2015 Château Capbern from a couple of weeks back.

Very old world and austere - lots of metal and iodine - would soften over time but 5 more years will mute this Cru bourgeois

1990 singing! Super velvety, sultry, and integrated. Dark fruit, cedar, violets!

Medium bodied, good with food

This is in my wheelhouse. Earthy, funky, delicious. Buy as much as you can for $15!

Very nice with steak or red meat. It has some nice berry tones to it. Overall I really enjoyed it

Opened up next day. Rich full body Notes of black cherry. Rich tannins are alive

Great with a ribeye steak and some truffle pasta. Great taste from start to finish. Let breathe for about an hour
