Old pepper nose with black grape skins. Medium heavy mouthfeel. Dense, thick-skinned, fresh pepper, pointed. Definitely chunky and burly, but not an amazing dancer. Drink it with s burger, and you are probably spot on!

This has a lovely salmon color but and is light on the nose. It doesn't have as much flavor as I would like and is lacking a little in acidity. Not bad but could be better.
