Honey, Apricot, small hints of salmiak. Sweet and bit of acids, balanced on the sweet side.

2010, great nose of summer flowers and brown sugar. Not too sticky sweet and great balance this one will be a long lived dessert wine! Glad I bought a 6 pack for my daughters birthyear

Apricot, vanilla, not too sweet. Not a 20 years sticky, not enough acid to back it up but still yummy

High end Sauterne, not a grand cru level but within 15% of reaching grand cru. I.e., not unctuous like a grand cru so lighter body, still delicious. Pineapple w hint of lychees.

Young crisp sweet mild approachable finish

Just enough apricot and honey.

Almost mead-like sweet dessert wine. Tastes like shriveled grape-sweetness but also like a dark strawberry that is dry but moist.

Crisp apples and pears, white lilacs, a bit of peach syrup, and a touch of pleasantly integrated alcohol, with lime zest on the finish. A very well balanced and delicious Sauternes.
