Blend of Semillon (54%) and Sauvignon Blanc (46%). Vivid golden color. Lovely nose of citrus, white flowers and fresh thyme. Tropical fruit and green apple flavors on the palate with hints of pear, roasted nuts and a distinct mineral note. Fresh herbs galore on the lengthy finish. Medium bodied and extremely vibrant. Crisp acidity, nice freshness and a wonderful texture. Stunning!
