NOSE: peach, papaya, candied apple, mild pineapple - ‘Nilla wafer, waffle, cane sugar.
TASTE: super sweet - straight up cane sugar - cookies and some bitter pineapple…plus green pepper?
Good, but clearly second label. I think more years might help…but it’s 10 years old already. 90 - just barely. Very different than than the first bottle I tried.

NOSE: stewed peaches, apricot, pumpkin pie spice, marshmallow, cocoanut cream, vanilla, sweet cream, sweet tobacco … a dash of nutmeg, nuts sweetened with date honey …mellow cheese. This smells great.
TASTE: buttery buttery butterscotch and light caramel … wood and nuts … tres leches cake … caramelized peaches … Like a caramel-y complex peaches and cream. Beeswax when warmer. Quite delicious. 94.

Liquid gold color. Intense aromas and flavors of apricot, sour orange, honey, almonds and honeysuckle. Just a hint of spice. Incredible legs in the glass. Beautifully viscous, full and dense. Touch of bitterness on the finish. Nice ending to a perfect evening. Revisited in October 2022. Ditto.
