Excellent Sauvignon Blanc! Pears and peaches with a hint of lemon. While waiting for my paella to cook I’m having some hard, aged goat cheese, cheddar with mustard and ale cheese (would go great with a nice cold beer) and some garlic herb olive oil almonds. Yum yum!!

Nicely light and dry for a white wine. Fruity tones without too much sweetness. Good choice for a red wine drinker like me, when I want a less robust taste with a white fish.

Nothing pairs with chili and this SB is okay. Saving the better bottles for Christmas. Anyhow, cheers.

Pale straw color. Light acidity But medium body. Crisp w some light tropical fruits. Remembered this being better. Solid for everyday drinking, would be better in the summer (not -15).
