붉다기 보다는 엷은 보라색 내지는 브라운 색상을 띄는 미국산 카베르네 소비뇽. 그동안 먹었던 와인들 대비 탄닌이 매우 부드럽고 산미도 약한편이며 스모키함을 극단적으로 배제시킨것 같음. 오히려 그러한 방향성이 매우 독특하게 다가와서 신기하고 좋았다. 향기는 처음에는 약간 아쉬움이 남으나 인내심을 가지고 열어두면 그제서야 오크통과 바닐라향이 웃는 얼굴을 보여주는 느낌. 휴가중 편안하게 소파에서 누워 마시기 좋은 그런 와인. (전반적인 인상은 2015년 Raymond 카쇼를 연상시킴)

At first, very sweet and chocolate-ish scent. Medium-bodied and would suit well with food. Spikey flavors roaming around in the palette with a punch of tannin in the end.
