California Sauvignon Blanc

Pale yellow white, excellent clarity but with bubbles. Herbal, melon and grapefruit peel notes in nose. Flavors of citrus and vanilla initially, lemon-grapefruit finish with minerality. Weird body and mouthfeel though

Easy breezy not great but good enough- screw top. Slight tongue itchy

Crisp, refreshing, and dry

Very nice SB. None of the grapefruit flavor that I don’t care for.

One of my all-time favorite Sauvignon Blanc wines. Perfect with the lobster special.

It’s a little too acidic for my taste, a bit too bubbly maybe. Some cheap wine is nice but I doubt I’d ever go for this again.

It starts off with a nip and then hugs you with sweetness.
