Alternate white wine bottling from Chateau De Simone. Very southern france savory white wine profile. butterscotch, apricot, white tea, chamomile, some light honey and jam notes. Zero fruit presence for me on this wine, a mix of profile and age perhaps. Fun to try but not particularly delicious. Still need to open their flagship white bottling

Earth, dried rose petals, old barrels. Close your eyes and it's red wine. Serious rosè.

Based on a small taste, this had some dark raspberry fruit on a lighter body that was great! Much more "red wine mode" than rose, but with the lightness of a white. Made me want to try a bottle.
