First time at Bern's in Tampa and loving it! So far this is the oldest Red Wine we have tried to date and really surprised at how it is still holding on at 46 years old. Great recommendation from our Server Mark. Cannot wait to come back!
Mix of pale and medium garnet red. Still quite lively with lots of red cherries, a touch of smoke, cedar, and a little leather. Great acidity that is still holding it together. Some earthiness on the palate with red cherries and black currant. Well integrated tannins and lingering finish. Drink soon.

This is super meaty, like cured ham with a little sweetness, slight minerality and a bit of fun. Not bad for a 1990
