Sainte Béatrice Rosé 2024
Côtes de Provence, France 🇫🇷

Overview
An elegant Provençal rosé made from a classic blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah, grown in the sun-drenched hills of Provence. Crafted in the traditional style, it captures the essence of the region—fresh, dry, and delicately aromatic.

Aromas & Flavors
Fresh and vibrant, with notes of wild strawberries, watermelon, rose petals, and citrus zest. Subtle hints of herbs de Provence and minerality add depth.

Mouthfeel
Light-bodied, crisp, and refreshing with a clean finish. Bright acidity makes it lively, while its smooth texture keeps it elegant and polished.

Winemaking Notes
Produced with direct press vinification, ensuring a pale salmon-pink hue and a delicate aromatic profile. Stainless steel fermentation preserves freshness and purity of fruit.

Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with seafood paella, Niçoise salad, sushi, grilled vegetables, or fresh goat cheese. Also perfect as an aperitif on warm afternoons.

Verdict
A classic Provence rosé that overdelivers on elegance and drinkability. Easy to sip, easy to love—this is sunshine in a glass.
