Dark red fruit and lots and lots of chocolate on the nose. Hints of sweetness as well but I can't really pinpoint what it is. Vanilla? Medium full body and enough acidity to keep it fresh. Paired well with deer, roasted potatoes, beets and brusselsprouts, and a creamy port wine sauce.

White - bourboulenc/ roussanne blend. Not hugely oaky but big whack of minerality, almost saltiness. Much better at cellar temp than chilled
