Developed aromatics. Lacking acidity. But age has been good.

A decent cellar-defender. Enough fruit, structure and “je ne sais quoi” to enjoy well enough...particularly when you don’t need a stunner.

This is pretty damn good stuff...a bit rustic with some interesting funk but lots of fruit and fun to drink. Better than a lot of others out there trying to play southern Rhone at twice the price.

Dark ruby color in the glass, very upfront spices and tobacco, surprisingly refresh and restrained on the palate, good depth with firm tanning. A very good everyday wine, particularly in the summer.

Brambles. Loads of minerals and licorice. Comes across as nice and fresh...if not perhaps a bit green. Young.

Had it with serious cream sauced tortellini and worked great. What others called harsh was actually the right complement to the creamy meal. 2014 vintage is the year they switched to organic growing. Has body but not heavy, works very fine with me.

Vintage 2013; air it well to bring out its best.

Harsh and unbalanced. Definitely benefits from some air. Syrah, Mourvedre and Grenache blend is not my favorite.

Deep burgundy. Rich red raspberry on the nose, with green pepper and leather and not a little alcohol. Palate is harsh and stemmy at first--really benefitted from some air. Still pretty astringent, but there's a bit of coconut and vanilla from the oak, along with raspberry and black cherry and a bit of olive. This isn't terrible, but I'd call it unbalanced: the harshness overwhelms.
