Well-balanced, very drinkable with notes of leather and some fresh earth on the nose, black currant and some blueberry on the palate. Not as much body/tannic structure as I would predict for a Bordeaux but very dry and tasty.

Nicely balanced, not too robust for a claret. Leather and blueberries, with some tight tannins. It needs to open up for at least an hour. A hint of spice; goes nicely with food.

slight coffee smell, hints of prunes and berries, needs an hour to breathe, med dry at the end, bit of spur on the tongue and bit of alcohol in the back that smooths out with time.
