Light red in color with medium intensity.

Fruity nose and medium in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with nice complexity.

Showing red fruits with earth, light wood, spices and coffee notes.

Tangy finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.

Still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.

Drinking nicely now with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel.

Good by itself, and a good food wine.

A blend of 85% Mourvèdre and 15% Cinsault. Aged in large oak barrels for 18 months.

14% alcohol by volume.

2020 vintage. Undying cherry juice tartness with a smattering of earth. Decanted and tasted after 10 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours. Initial nose was promising. 07.18.25.

Eucalyptus and herbs. Fruit. Medium grade tannins. Medium to low acid levels. Can age and tasting this now is early but also really lovely

Dry and robust. Rich and leathery with notes of chocolate, Luxardo cherries, and a little bit of raisin.
