Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend

Very herb. Not that much fruit left

Vintage 2001 - lovely cherries in taste, cacao impression, lively taste, a bit dusty smell, very clearly liquorice, minerals. Still some tannins, powerful but excellent with some cheese.

Medoc that never is a dissapointment, utterly reliable

Juicy blueberry rollups, candied plum, dry figs, saw dust powder, extremely light earth, dark chocolate powder, soft barrel toast and a elegant blue fruit finish with just the slightest touch of minerals.

Copper penny, stewed fruit. Drink now!

Very much alive - integrated tannin, medium aromatics, more fruit than expected. Just over peak. Not haunting by any means but a very good showing.

Third wine at the meet the meat event. Now this is a MEAT wine. Well aged and ready to drink.

One of the best values for mature Bordeaux. Made by the team at Las Cases.
