History began in the early 60's when shipowner Yiannis Karras captured the idea of combining a holiday destination with the production of wines. The first vineyards were planted in 1965. Since 2000, the company has changed ownership after late 90's financial difficulties, the new owners committed to raise Carras' reputation. Interesting wine a blend of Cab Sauvignon, Cab Franc, Merlot and Limnio. Spicy aromas that carry to palate. Medium finish still tasting well.

Very solid Greek red blend. Needed to breath a bit but opened up nicely. Paired well with grilled bifteki and keftothaki.
