Vintage 2009 | Rich and reliable. Cherries, spices, cedar, some would call it funky. Balanced taste with shy acidity, the fruit still dominant. Lovely 🥰 Paired with grilled beef garlic, and old Heezer goatcheese.

Vintage 2009 / Wednesday Meatballsday (6) / Ten years old Cahors from Malbec, special cuvee ripened in new wood, a very rich smell with vannilla of course but also chocolate and some cherries. Powerfull taste, still enormous potential, smooth taste. I love it. / Paired with Polpettine, Italian meatballs from calf and pig in a simple tasty tomatosauce.

Vintage 2000 - deep dark colour, rich nose with minerals, chocolate, cedar, graphite, mint, laurel, smooth start, huge powerhouse, this wine shows no signs whatever of collapse, a gem in the cellar!

2020/3/10 with skirt steak Albigeoise and fava bean ragout. There are some nice elements hiding in here - dark and earthy. But there just is too much oak and generic concentrated dark fruit for my taste

Randomly purchased from a friend’s cellar. Ripping pretty hard for cahors. Had this great noble leather quality coming off it while being extremely accessible on the palette, juicy, dense but not hot at all. Excellent. Assume good value here but don’t actually know what this goes for on the market.

Något utvecklat, mörka bär, viol, örter och ek. Kraftigt i färg, doft och smak. Stramt och syrligt.
