A slow build, but actually a really great example of what got me into Loire cab franc in the first place. Musty nose, rich cherry/plum with a tight woody edge and a hint of wet leaf. The fruit and the funk are in excellent balance.

Filthy, filthy nose. Underripe blackberries, freshly cut parsley, dead grass, and wet soil. Palate is so much brighter than nose would lead you to believe
