Vintaged aroma makes me expect its potential. Good! Enough tanning. Now should be good timing. More impact would be necessary to meet beef steak, but even in 2 days later, it still has good flavor and to meet pasta. @650, TM Carrefour, 180127

Nicely matured Bordeaux. Drinking well now. Leathery, good structure, soft tannins. Classic Bordeaux.
