Lovely bramble aromas and black fruit. High alcohol and high tannins. Powerful. Nice #ventoux

Pepper. Strawberry. Good tannins that scream for fatty meat or cheesy pizza.

Vintage 2019 | Too young, concentrated, ideal wine for stews

Vintage 2015 | not transparant, 4/4 dark as hell. Hardly any discolourisation in this Syrah/Grenache blend. Light cherries in smell, garrigue spices. Velvety taste even after pop and pour. Beautiful elegance and finesse. | Paired with a Angus Ribeye from bbq with salad and steamed broccoli. | Another excellent Ventoux @Daniel M

Spice, light tannin, garrigue aromas. Beautiful wine with a masculine edge.

Serene and smokey. Faint whisper of thyme and a delightful finish that lingered on and on.
