Subtle and smooth. Simple Rhône wine. Lite and thin bodied. But has enough to keep it interesting. 12.95 at lawc. Would get again.

Very French label. Arty. Color is lighter than expected. Cranberry sauce colored. Hint of match sticks with the very tart berry sauce nose. Flavors are savory and bright. Plenty of zingy acids. Fruit core. Pie cherry without the sugar. This is food wine with a lean streak. Lighter bodied for sure. Austere even. But it’s a wine for the dry, dry red, euro style lover. Almost like Sangiovese. It’s very drinkable now. Don’t hold this much longer.

Smelled decent cherries, mushrooms, and some herbaceous notes but the pallet was pretty bland some cherry with the Syrah notes being the only decent part with a dry pepper and meaty back pallet but pretty underwhelming otherwise but a cheap table wine so fits what it’s shooting for well I think it was $6 on sale so hard to complain

I stand by my last review. Still sublet with a nice aroma. Would get again. Especially with the awesome deal at WH 6.99. Not sure when I’ll see that price again.

Drank half last night as the second bottle. Had to open after picture night from an old friend. Very enjoyable. I would drink this again.

Qualité prix excellent. Pas trop corsé, se boit très bien. Belle robe.
