Someday I'll find a great white Bordeaux. Today is not that day.

Deep straw yellow with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. On the palate melon, pineapple with a touch of peachy flavors, high acidity, crisp and a bit drying, noted on this medium body wine. Short finish. Tasting Sample.

Simple semillion dominated blend. Not much going on but everything in it's place.

Like it. Ok and drinkable. A very light fizz.

Upsetting because this is close to being pretty nice, there's a somewhat mechanical bitter undertone to the flavors of this wine that is subtle but there. Maybe this is a bad bottle, but based on other reviews I am guessing not. Besides that, tropical fruit flavors and crisp acidity. Really nice price (9 bucks at total wine) and not altogether bad but will look elsewhere next time.

I found this Bordeaux to drink distastefully bitter, though it does pack a certain effervescence that would be nice were I not immediately put off. Although the Sauvignon Blanc grape is a minority in its composition, the strong note of grapefruit is immediately apparent, and borderline offensive. Definitely would not pair with milder seafood, for the wine would far overpower the dish. It would balance out a sea bass well, or poultry. But definitely not tailored to my tastes.

Solid white Bordeaux. Crisp and slightly dry. Unripe peach and citrus with a hint of pineapple.
