This is their entry level red blend. Needs an hour to open up properly and will be better in a couple of years.
A blend of 50% Cinsault, 30% Syrah and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Unoaked.

In typical Musar fashion, this bottle treads the line of smoked meats and ripened red fruit. Would be ridiculous with some soft mild cheeses.

What a wonderful wine. Great tension between the fruit and tannins. And delicious. Really wonderful. It does benefit from decanting, and a few more years would be fine. But this would be a great burger wine, or barbecue, or any red meat: this wine is really a great food wine—and a lot of juice for the money, as they say.

Smoked meat and jam on the nose. Chewy firm tannin and pure red fruits on the palate. Awesome drinking!!
