Lots of honey, caramel and flowers on the nose. Reminded me of an early 2000s premoxed Chablis on the nose. But bright and fresh on the palate and fun to drink!

2004 vintage at a wine dinner at the house. Wonderful notes of honeysuckle and apricot and marzipan and . . . Perhaps the hit of the evening. Great with baked fish with pine nut sauce.

Every time that I drink this wine, I think of the struggle that went into keeping this property in production of the years. Drinking beautifully and a real value considering the age and complexity.
