Nose has a lovely soft red fruited perfume with dried rose petal, and a gentle yet intense Chinese five spice, some notes of dried forest floor and a sweet smokiness, incredibly attractive. In the mouth there is a vibrant, mouth tingling acidity, little discernible tannin and a dry berry finish which is subtle but very long, spice notes still detectable after a minute+.
