Bright yellow gold in the glass. Hay, citrus, and baked quince on the nose and palate (with some oaky vanilla). Firm acidity from entry to finish. The dichotomy between the bright citrusy acidity and the silky round oak really makes a conundrum (not the California kind) in my mouth that adds to its appeal. Is this your new lobster wine?

Rik och fruktig. Fint utvecklad och inne i ett bra drickfönster. Gul frukt, torkade blommor, vanilj, honung, våta stenar och vit tryffel.
