Jan 31st, 2019Beautiful fragrance caramel like from intense Merlot and 2003 tannins mellow out and I mostly drank all of it. Paired with 4 day stewed Hokkaido abalone and 5kg yellow spot tiger garoupa. This is still the best Cantonese restaurant in HK
