More earthy than the last. Like I crashed on my bike in the Redwood Forest and got a mouthful of dirt earthy. Still smells good. Clover beds (like ☘️, not the spice), gooseberry mixed with pomegranate, some white pepper and leather. Pair while petting a Bearded Collie.

Fantastic nose. Not muted at all. Charcuterie and smoke shining through. Oak and cedar. Cassis and fig. Oxidized brick red in color. Lots of great acid hanging on. Savory notes of the palate. This could go another 5 years easy in the bottle. 12.5%

Just absolutely great structure! Youthful for 21 years! Showing well, cherry, menthol, violets, metal, every sip, you get a hint of something new!
