Classic Bordeaux, honest and unadorned style

Solid, needs a decant or a little more time. Oak could use a bit more integration. Dark fruited, velvety, cocoa, oak spice, cassis.

Textbook.

Bordeaux from the natural wine camp—it tastes honest and authentic and hits all the right traditional notes. Aged 10 years in bottle before release. Dark berries, cedar, tobacco, even a bit floral. “Natural” wine or not, it’s what’s in the bottle that matters and this delivers

Lots of sediment and rough tannin so it needs a decant and it opened up nicely. Dried cranberry and currant, dirt, tobacco, and pencil shavings, still very fresh.

Color: dark nearly opaque maroon/red. w age
Aroma. initial cherry, cassis and undergrowthsecond opens vanilla and blackberry.
taste. spicy. round. medium bodied. crushed pepper. oak. medium plus acid

very nice and enjoyable. ages well and drank in 2016.

Capa y densidad media baja, en nariz desparecida la fruta, aromas herbáceos pero muy plano. En boca entrada ligera y paso y final desagradables.... Un fiasco!!!
