Côtes de Bourg White Bordeaux Blend

This is very nice..upfront fruit on the face..lemon/limes/peach/honeysuckle...great acid, lots of minerality.

Semillon texture, but Sauvignon blanc flavors. Good energy, crunchy fruit.

Semi sweet but nicely different

Not at all like previous year. Do not buy again.

First impression really dry. Tastes like a dry stone. May not have been the right choice for shrimp and rice but would have thought so. Pretty wine on the nose Seemed to react much better to the blueberries and strawberries we had for dessert. Sourced from Garagiste so it was reasonably priced. I say go for it, you only live once!

Wet wool, honey suckle, slight oily mouthfeel. Nice round finish. Bust out the strawberry, walnut, and arugula salads with this.

Sharp/clear, day bright pear color, low viscosity. Nose sees lots of tropical fruits- orange, lemon, melon, lots of minerality. Palette sees tons of sharp medium+ acid, lemon, little bit of vegetal/grass, long finish with a little minerality. I loved this wine- hits you in the face with lots of acid, super interesting nose, complex palette. Refreshing and a great food wine!
