La Chapelle Côtes de Provence White Blend

I'm perplexed with the muted nose, white flowers and fennel on the mid palate, and a bitter raw almond finish. I believe nearly 100% vermintino...maybe this will grow on me

Crisp, sappy and silky, with lemon and herbs de Provence. Well worth the 24 dollars I paid to the Garagiste.
