Beautiful creamy rose of Grenache from Côtes de Provence. This was absolutely delicious. I feel like it spent a bit of time in neutral oak. Paired absolutely perfectly with Salmon.

Pale pink hue. Aromas and flavors of lemon zest, lime, and wet stone. Medium body and medium-plus acidity. Subtle nose, with a smooth mouthfeel and a drying finish. Made from Grenache. (Note: I likely tasted this after its peak, and was likely much better a year or two ago. Overall, it seems flat.)

Great bottle of rose, layered and complex. Got anything from red berries to white peach to a hint of grapefruit.
