Oh que ça tombe totalement dans mes cordes de vin corsé. Goûteux, différent, caractère, boisé, il a tout ! À refaire et refaire, pourrait coûter plus cher que 22$ !

"this wine is known for its exceptional terroir and high wine growing methods. After aging 12 months in Oak barrels, this wine is refined in bottles in our cellars. 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre grapes reveal intense and complex aromas of spices and mature black fruits. Lively and tasty, this wine is characterized by complexity, delicacy and roundness, ideal with a piece of meat or veal filet."

Lunch table wine at A'Telier Guy Martin workshop.
The class probably cost €500 but we'll never know thanks to Vosges Haut Chocolate

We were once promised sunshine in a glass by the Australian wine industry. Now we have it delivered in spades by the south of France, with more clarity of fruit and supporting structure at the same price points. Bravo 'Les Pins' - a super, easy to drink, delicious bottle with not the first hint of flabbiness so prevalent at this level elsewhere.
