Amazing. Wet nectarine pit in the nose. Not cloying at all. Delicious honeyed stone fruit. Hinting at a roasted marshmallow..... Short finish with caramel overtones

Tasty, honey and pears. Great dessert wine

Honey and floral needed to see a bit more acid

Wine #4. I admitted to the sommelier that I don’t have much familiarity w Sauternes. This dessert wine was awesome! I need to have more Sauternes in 2018! Paired with beignets and fresh cream, it was a great match.

To be had with blue cheese, fig or dessert.
