This is some really good stuff. Opening my eyes to how versatile the grape can be. Honey and wildflowers with a touch of almond nuttiness. Deep yellow color and more vicious in glass than in taste.

Amazing. Wet nectarine pit in the nose. Not cloying at all. Delicious honeyed stone fruit. Hinting at a roasted marshmallow..... Short finish with caramel overtones

Wine #4. I admitted to the sommelier that I don’t have much familiarity w Sauternes. This dessert wine was awesome! I need to have more Sauternes in 2018! Paired with beignets and fresh cream, it was a great match.
