Opens up quickly, bouquet of red currant, tobacco leaf, sage. Surprisingly not much sediment, slightly angular tannins. Had with braised oxtail. Great value! 2003 Vintage

Focused and polished. Fruit is black and lively, with saddle leather and subtle earth and oak on the palette. Silky. 13% abv. Rustic property, hot vintage, great success.

After 14 years aging a pretty good Bordeaux to accompany veal chop in the French style. After adequate breathing and decanting, developed quite nice fruit and pretty smooth and balanced finish. Lovely drinking under mild skies.

2003, not so young vintage, but still Fruity, raspberry like flavor. Its aroma has common feature as Huat-Medoc, which I haven't had a good expression. After 1.5 hour, it opened. Mid + body feeling with acid and tannin, and a bit spicy. Anyway, this Chateau has a noble history. @1200, 302, 170321
